Just a post to say hi & let you know who i am.

I am a decathlete from England. 2.00m high jumper, 50m+ jav etc.
I compete for Bolton United Harriers.
My 1500 PB is about 4mins 40. (a bit lame i know).

Also, i am the assistant manager of a specialist running shop, and believe my knowledge of running equipment to be very good. (just bought a pair of NB717, NEED THE SUPPORT Razz ).

Just trying to get over a bad ankle injury at the moment, been 4 months now. Starting to show some signs of improvement at last.
Aims for this season? To get fit before the end and get back to regular competition.

Busy day in the shop today, New Balance running shoes going v v v well. (slightly biased salesman, i have a pair of 717's lol).
