Hello everyone! This is my first post to this forum. I figured I'd let ya'll know a little about me. I'm a 26 year-old female who has been running (C25K) since March. I've just graduated (last week) and am running my 3rd 5K on Saturday. I'm determined to run the entire race this time!!! My goals are to become more fit and healthy. I am also striving to lose weight. I'd like to lose about 20 lbs. Thank you in advance for your patience! Have a great day!
