Coach is back. Just picked up my laptop from the school, and had internet installed in the house today.

We moved and made it to St Augustine and have a big old strange house with a massive yard and love it.
And the beach is 5 minutes away and gorgeous!

My company is closing at the end of the year, and my 25 years are down the drain. I will be retained until the end of March with a bonus, and 25 weeks of severance pay and insurance. I will need to find a new job for the next 15 years or so.
My son has moved (most of the way) into his own home with his lady, and I am suffering from "empty nest syndrom". I miss him a lot.
I may have to move into a different martial art as Krav and mixed martial arts are taking one heck of a toll on my body these days....the term "I'm too old for this" is coming true. Looking at other MA's.
Big and small changes...sorta feel like I have lost my center...need to regain my ambition and drive.

I ran 61 miles at the Mohican 100.
I ran a 50K July 29.
I ran on top of a mountain in West Virginia last weekend and survived.
I run alot these days.

Finally, someone to class up this joint! 
In no particular order: Got a B in my brutal summer Chemistry course which allows me to begin this school year as a SENIOR  ; broke up briefly with and made up with the boyfriend; have my own billboard from said boyfriend (up for 2 months now!), turned 36; sent the kids to Charlotte where they are at the moment but hopefully I'm retrieving them tomorrow or Friday; working for a lawyer friend here and there in my "spare" time; and I'm anxious for all of us to return to school and get back into any kind of routine!
Life is generally good.
