I managed to avoid a workout last evening, with the promise of doing it this morning.....
and I successfully avoided it this morning too.

I"m avoiding all of Diva's posts. I know her child is her avatar, but it grosses me out.

I postponed my normal Monday evening workout. My legs were very, very sore from the weekend and they felt like fat lead pipes.
This new split workout is kicking my butt. I can't believe how sore I've been the last week. It seems like I'm starting as a brand newbie, all over again.

I'm trying to avoid the snow (it's giving me a hard time trying to run on it) but on the choice of treadmill or snow I'll rather run on the latter...
