In lieu of writing the paper that needs to be emailed in by tonight I have:
- run 9 miles
- gone out to breakfast
- did a quick ab workout
- napped
- done 2 loads of laundry
- done the dishes
- taken the trash out
- cleaned off my desk (for the first time in probably 6 weeks)
- filed stuff
- ate lunch
- made rice crispy treats for dessert
- researched many meaningless and non paper related websites (including one started by someone I run with, www.meetsinglerunners.com)
- figured out the list ubb
It was when I considered dusting the baseboards that I realized I was really in full procrastination mode. Guess I need to get to work on this paper. 
unless you can think of something else I should do instead...

That's about the paper I just turned in. I'm hoping for a very lenient teacher. I'm going to be really glad to get all these seemingly pointless classes out of the way for good this summer.
