...but I've been out making an offer on a NEW TOWNHOUSE!!!! We'll find out tonight (probably) if our offer was accepted. The dude that has been living in the house is a Manager at Home Depot and has fixed it up to the MAX!!! It is gorgeous inside!  Hardwood floors on two of the three levels, top-of-the-line fixtures in every room, new deck, new brick patio, nicely painted walls, fireplace, french doors, built-in office, small storage shed out back, etc. etc.
Just one problem...I have to find a way to convince them to convey the treadmill and the big-screen TV!

THEY are the ones with the big screen and the treadmill...I'm trying to get them to LEAVE IT with me! Besides, they are moving to Delaware...why would they need either!

I'm on a decongestant, just so you know, but I read that quickly as "the dude was living in it at Home Depot" and I didn't think you'd want all that foot traffic, but then..you are rather social.

 I am a very social person but I don't think I would feel too comfortable running around in my PJ's if that were the case!
