I have quit the Coffee Team and have joined the Hot Tea Team...
And I am feeling much better with just three days into the new beverage choice.
Less jittery, sleeping better at night and more alert at work.

I am down to one to two cups of tea a day. I'm drinking gatoraid or poweraid the rest of the time...
I just can't go "cold turkey".....

You could try buying regular and decaf coffee grounds, then mix them, effectively cutting caffeine in half.
