So this PA Posse, is legal residency a requirment? I don't actaully live in PA but I'm close enough to shop there on a regular basis. Is there a provision for a PA Posse Annex in MD?
Are most of the PA group from the Philly area?

PA posse has a good bit of members from the Philly area, but there are several Rolling Rock, Keltic, Bam Bam, Pebbles, Sahara, who are from the left side of the state.
We can annex you, heck we annexed NJ already when airehead lived there. 
Where about in MD

Im in Westminster which is about 20 minutes south of the Littlestown/Hanover area.

Welcome, MJ!! We actually do have another Posse member, No Racer, from CR, is from the Baltimore area but he's come up to race here and in DE with us before. That's the "real" requirement for membership---come to a race and post-race  with us and you're in!! 
The Posse is kinda the Quad States Posse now: PA, NJ, DE, MD and NY (with some new Englanders soon to be added as soon as they get their butts DOWN HERE  ) Pretty soon we'll have taken over the whole planet!
And yes, there is WAY more to PA than just Philly....why, there's Chester, and Bristol, and Marcus Hook No really...the Western PA annex rocks and we are hoping to do an East Meets West at the Great Race in September.
