I've been eating much more healthy lately. Not dieting, just eating better on a general basis. I still "cheat" and have some bad stuf, but I don't just indulge in anything anytime.

I was taking dinner to my parents tonight, and they wanted chinese, and my dad wanted sweet and sour shrimp, and I ate way more than I should have (which was none). But it was SOOOOOOOOO GOOD!

Why does anything with that breading taste so good????? They could put it on cardboard and it would be sooooo good!!!

Ok, extra cardio at the gym tomorrow!!!!
