People and companies start to take their extended leaves.
My rep that I am trying to reach is out until Tuesday. Her other contacts are out also.
So I dial the operator and ask for the Pharmacy Data Services division.
She connects me to the voice mail of a rep who's on maternity leave until Feb of 2005. Somehow I don't think I'm going to get a timely response from her.

I have turned into a major Bah Humbug this year as well. I think it all started on Thanksgiving Day when I found out my favorite radio station was going to play Christmas music non-stop until Christmas Day! UGH! I mean, I like Christmas music and all but DO YOU HAVE TO PLAY IT ALL THE TIME??????????? I haven't done much shopping this year due to the finances of buying the new house but we moved right next to the mall and the traffic annoys me at times. I just want Christmas to be over with so we can all get on with our lives again.
BAH!
