Well, my wake up meal was dinner. So for dinner we had a couple of rib steaks we got on sale at the market smothered with fried mushrooms and onions in a balsamic vinegar reduction.

Oh yea, four choc chip cookies for dessert.

BTW: A REAL MAN would eat cold pizza for breakfast...

That is just gross! puke

I had homemade biscuits with a three slices of bacon and a BIG glass of milk. I'm so sure my sugar levels are going to be bad when I test them in a few hours...and all because of the milk.

Are you going to test your fat levels, too? Bacon and biscuits?

I knew it would be high...184 (supposed to be less than 120). For some reason, when I drink milk with my meal my sugar levels are really high...and this is skim milk. The buscuits were made with water rather than milk so the fat levels weren't that high (plus, I only had two and they weren't very big) and I buy center cut bacon which has very little fat (as far as bacon is concerned) and I only had three pieces of it.
