I found out that a friend i went to highschool with commited suicide this weekend.
I am in total shock, as are all of my friends - totally didn't see this one coming!

I am just so shocked!
it's hard to understand why/how someone can actually go through with it. I'm not sure at this point HOW he did it but i'm torn between feeling 'how selfish of you to leave your wife and child' to 'oh my god, why didn't anyone see this coming and help him!'

I'm sorry to hear this. I know where you are coming from. In 7th grade, one of my classmates and best friends committed suicide. It tore us apart. None of us had any clue it was coming.

I am so sorry. We recently had a service member commit suicide.
My boss started playing the blame game.
WTH??? No one should blame themselves. It is very very difficult to see that coming.
I am very sorry. This is a horrible, tragic thing for all of those left behind.
