After the worse written part of the review I've ever gotten. Apparently since I missed 2 days because I was sick my attendence sucks, (nice timing on my part). My initiative is only AVERAGE, and get this : I need to stay busy for an entire 8 hours!! What does he think I'm doing over here??!! Reading? Crossword Puzzles?? Posting on the INTERNET??!!
I then received the best raise I've gotten in 3 years.

It always works that way, doesn't it? You get reamed in your performance interview, then you get a raise or a bonus. Or you get a nice interview how wonderful your work is and important you are in the organization, and you get nothin'.

Yup. And I think the formula's the same - I swear they load the stuff with pepper (it smells and tastes that way to me), because drinking Schlitz makes me sneeze.

Don't argue, just take the money and run.
They need those little comments because...(REALITY CHECK) In case they have to start layoffs it will be much easier to get rid of the average, bad attendance and non busy people.
