I run the training department for a SW development company that supports the long term care pharmacy business. These pharmacies supply nursing homes, assisted living faciliites, and the like. It took me a month, but I finally finished editing, QA-ing, and revising my billing and A/R training manual. Fun, exciting stuff indeed. Now you see why I've been so ... punchy lately!
No more third party billing crap. No more Medicaid nonsense. No more pricing tables, schemes, or exceptions. No more setup nightmares. No more reconciliation, claim resubmissions and reversals. Yeah! Next I'll revise the IV book; I think I need one. 
Good thing I finished ... the class starts on Wednesday.
