A George Forman Grill that is. Cooked up some burgers last night and I really like it. I got some steaks to cook in some marinade right now. I'm using one of the 30 minute marinades from the store. Do you cookers marinade for longer than 30 min?

Not that I'm a chef or anything but I marinade my deer steaks for a couple of hours at least.

Don't need to marinade the brains! Chronic Wasting Disease is a great tenderizer.

I like to marinade my steaks all day. I use a mix of teriyaki sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Put the steaks in a glass dish, pour the sauces over them, cover and put them in the refridgerator for 8 hours. Take them out and let sit at room temp an hour before you grill them.

best thing I like is how easy it was to clean. We used it for a while when we did not have an outdoor grille. Once we got that we did not use the GF anymore. We gave it to one of Abby's nurses to have because we hadn't used it in several years.
Cooks the food well though.

Depends on the cut of meat too. For london broil I always do minimum 8 hours or more. For thinner steaks you can get away with an hour or so, but the longer you marinade the more the taste permeates the meat and really gets YUMMY!! I did pork chops on the GF last night with cajun seasoning and they were really juicy.
