This is GOOD stuff! I tried it a couple weeks ago and got rave reviews. Might be worth posting to share with the troops.
I think I'm doing light tonight, pan-seared scallops on a bed of greens with red peppers, grapes and roasted sweet potatoes--normally a first course appetizer fave of mine but you can make it into a dinner salad too if you make more scallops.
Dressing is oil, vinegar, dijon mustard and maple syrup. Add toasted pecans if you like them, my roomie won't eat them so I skip those.
