Dang....I wanna go fishin'!.....I love Walleyes, and crap eeez are fun to catch, but don't taste quite as good.....I never heard em called speckled perch before though....IMHO that is just wierd!......I like the real Yellow Perch that you can catch in Saginaw Bay.......taste as good as Walleye.....

We get some very impressive yellow perch out of Erie also. Saginaw Bay is on my list of places to fish one of these days.
