 actually I did. I had a long drawn out joke about this with someone at CR. He shall remain nameless...
But up until that point, I didn't know it either. Oddly, once I did learn it, I saw it in at least three other places immediately afterwards...

When I worked at a hospital we had patients suffering with that admitted on (2) occasions. Think they used traction to cure it....
