about financial issues.
My bank sent out an email about a new type of checking account that is available, called "Digital Checking." As I read the features and requirements, I realized that I was already using most of them and I meet the requirements. By upgrading the account I would gain 2 savings accounts, a new "eCard" and get interest on my checking account balance. I made the switch yesterday. Now I can transfer funds from my checking into my savings account! Plus I can use other banks' atms without my bank charging me a fee (the other bank can still do that though.)

That reminds me - I need to switch banks. I don't know how we've lasted this long with the one we're using. They have never treated me like a grown up.

We're changing banks, too, as soon as we move. We've been with this bank for years and they barely offer us anything special.

My old bank left my family for dead in a ditch during the invasion of Normandy. I dropped them and their free checking.
