I post in another forum and in that group we are in the midst of a 52 Day challenge. It's a motivation type thing, 4 goals, Eating right, weightlifting, cardio and a final goal of one's choice. Each day's progress is reported in the forum and I am the host for today. It is my job to encourage, praise, or smite each player! I've got that thread up to about 75 responses. btw, today is day 10 of the Challenge.

it's ubb based but the options are very limited. I haven't tried any of the tricks from here, mostly because I'm pretty sure it won't work.
