Hubbout some pilates, or step aerobics or cardiockickboxing for the coordination challenged?
We do the same thing over and over until we all get it before we move on. Not four of some combination a trapeze artist would have trouble with and then move on before the Newbie (ME) gets the first thing we were doing.
Huh? Huh??

Sounds like the class I teach in the morning at the gym. Some days I call it remedial circuits.

MW we'd probably knock each other out from running into each other. I am a mess when it comes to any sort of coordinated aerobics or dance moves.

I wouldn't attempt aerobics class if somebody paid me. My gf has been doing them for years though and enjoys it.

Yes, I have an appt with the real doctor on Monday who will hopefully send me to a sports doc for an evaluation. There's no "BIG RACE" in my future so I can let the wheels of the medical world turn in their own time to get this resolved.

My girlfriend does pilates. I was thinking I'd like to give this a try. Supposed to strengthen your core, make you limber, toned, etc. If you want to do this, I'll do it with ya. (I just moved furniture around in the living/dining room so I actually have a spot on the floor I could use!)
oh, and . Hope your hip is better soonish!

Ask for a referral to John McShane at Rothman, there's an office in King of Prussia. To quote everyone's favorite ho Anna Nicole: "he's a freeeekin' geeenius!"
(No really, he was my sports doc and he rocks.)
