I should really learn to write everything down.

Funny, I'm a great banker.... good with other people's money... my own money....that's an entirely different story.

I have to in order to stay on top of things. If not, I wouldn't know if I had enough to pay $200 for 1 pair of basketball shorts and 2 basketball jerseys for my daughters team!!!! Mad Twisted Evil Evil or Very Mad

You had me worried there for a minute...

See what one of your compadres in Japan did...

Worker stole $9m from customers
29 August 2005

TOKYO: An employee at Japan's second-biggest bank stole $9 million from customers over 12 years before complaints from her victims led to her discovery, the bank and government officials said.

The 54-year-old woman, a contract worker, sold non-existent investment products to 10-20 customers of the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, pocketing the money and making periodic "interest" payments to avoid detection, the bank said.

It was the biggest-ever case of embezzlement at Tokyo-Mitsubishi, the core commercial banking unit of Mitsubishi Tokyo Financial Group, the regulatory Financial Services Agency (FSA) said.

The FSA ordered the bank to tighten supervision of contract employees and submit quarterly reports on measures to improve security.

In a twist of irony, a customer poll published by the Nihon Keizai business daily on Friday ranked Tokyo-Mitsubishi first by a wide margin on the issue of customer security.

The bank, a leading adopter of biometric identification technology, beat rivals by 15 points on a 100-point scale.

The accused employee worked at a Tokyo-area branch of the bank and was employed by Diamond Staff Service, a staffing firm wholly owned by Tokyo-Mitsubishi.

Japanese banks have outsourced a growing portion of their back-office operations in recent years and increased reliance on contract and temporary workers across the board in an effort to cut personnel costs.

The woman, who was not identified by name, was fired in June after a customer asked the bank to investigate the fraudulent investment-product sales, the bank said. Police are investigating but the woman has not been formally charged.

Should I be dropping one serious deuce or what?? OMG...I'm so mad about this. My ex and I are going to ask for a breakdown of where the money is going. We want to see the receipt on the order. Money is going into this basketball league and it's not making sense.

I guess I'll be running with shin splints for the next month or so to recover...I NEED NEW SHOES TO START MY TRAINING! BTW. I'll skip getting the Garmin watch as well.

This is what I get for getting that one speeding ticket! Mad

Balanced checkbook...ALWAYS. To remind me of what money I will not have!

I would ask for a breakdown. That seem's like a heckuva lot of money.

Anything <=$5.00 is an automatic adjusting entry.
