Can everyone spell Ironman?
It's "J E D"!
Fantastic Job! Thanks for sharing your story with all of us to read and appreciate. You worked hard and accomplished so much. Congratulations to you Mr. Ironman Jed!
~Marcie
Edited to say that I loved the pictures of the first miles of your run! It was great how you held up fingers and recruited others (to help with the finger count) to show how many miles you run at that particular time.

Way to go Tburt and aren't you glad you didn't call it a day at the 60mile mark on the bike. It's all worth it in the end!! Welcome to the club!

Ironman reports have got to be the best things to read. Good for you Jed. 8-weeks with no training.. you're a crazyman too.
