can anyone suggest snack food to "graze" on during the day that won't haunt me during my runs? I'm thinking antiatkins here and want high carb suggestions. I have a good granola recipe...any other suggestions?

granola bars. Yum!

Umm, i bring a banana with me to work. It helps the hunger a bit. I'm running into the same problem.

Fruit, nutri-grain bars, small microwaveable bowls of chef boy RD ravioli, a light sandwich. I try to take the edge off before I leave work, that way I'm good to go when I get home.

A mix of the different kind of cheerios. You get a bunch of vitamins that way, low fat, low cal.

A boost or Snapple a day. (A theme I'm sensing here....)
