I have big plans for this season. I want to improve my technique along with my speed and endurance. It sounds like too much, doesn’t it? Well, I am an ambitious guy and when I set my mind on something there is nothing in the world that can stop me. I am aware of the fact that it is a pretty busy schedule. Can you tell me how to plan the Swim Season?

Congratulations on your ambition. Don’t worry. Provided that enough time and effort are invested there is no reason why you wouldn’t succeed in what you are planning. I suggest that you focus on your technique first. After you master that, you can go for speed. Once you are fast enough you can concentrate on endurance. The only thing you shouldn’t do is trying to accomplish all of it at the same time. This would be a road to failure. One task at the time. Get plenty of rest. Add some protein to your diet along with some vitamins and minerals.
