um, yeah, that's not the best typo to start a cover letter off with 
i just realized now, as i opened up to use it as a template for a new letter - that i had that typo in it.
fudge on a stick.

Apparently I'm not as observant as I think. I had to go back and read your letter 3 times before I caught the mistake. Had you not mentioned and someone else confirmed it I obviously would not have noticed it. And I do actually receive resumes for certain positions in the company I work for.

I read it a dozen times and still didn't get it.  I had to wait for someone to point it out too.
