I have a good bike. I like it and spent many months riding it through the beautiful landscapes and by the sea. My younger brother managed to fall of the small cliff with it at top speed. Fortunately, he ended up with cuts and bruises while the bike wasnt that lucky. Is there a way to fix broken handlebar?

Some people call this "the mother of all problems"... Handle bars are typically made form high grade aluminum. This aluminum will eventually stress under repeated usage like bumps, holes and rocky terrain. There is no way of fixing the broken handlebar. It is too important part of your bike to mess around with it. Go to the bike shop and buy a new one.
