I would like to improve my speed and endurance. I am not sure how to do it. I mean, I don’t know whether I am training too much or too little. Neither one of them is good. I would like to know the exact target figure for me. How much miles per week should I ride?

Well it depends on your goals. If you are riding just for the fun of it then smaller mileage will do. On the other hand if you are aiming at some major competition then more miles may be needed. However, regardless of your goals you shouldn’t overdo it. Over training can be counterproductive. You can train hard and even harder and still get no results at all. Some 100-150 miles per week should be more than enough.
