Pushups? Stopped after 25 because my shoulders hurt. Could probably do in the low 30's though.
Pullups (palms out)? Didn't try. If I had to guess 3, maybe 4.
Chinups (palms in)? 7
Dips? Don't have access to a dip station
Situps? Did crunches - stopped at 100

I can't believe that I'm actually answering this in public....
Pushups - 10 (15 if I'm lucky)
Pullups - I'll guess 1, since it's been soooo long since I've even tried these
Chinups - I'll guess 2, since I remember finding these easier than pullups
Dips - ya right!
Situps/crunches - 30-40, depending on my breakfast
Pretty obvious why I'm strongest at running....

Pushups? 2 regular, about 10 girlie
Pullups (palms out)?
Chinups (palms in)?
Dips? Have never tried.
Situps? I did 50 in a minute at my first fitness test at the gym (about a year ago) I could probably do more, but I don't wanna.
My upper body strength desperately needs to increase.

Pullups (palms out)? 18
Chinups (palms in)? 15 (after pushups, dips and chinups)
Dips? 23
Situps? Probably 10. the pulled groin muscle and ensuing problems with lower abs really has hampered my ab work. Just now starting to get back into it the last few weeks. I can do 100 consecutive crunches as they don't cause nearly the pain of the sit-ups. |
Pullups and dips are in my regular lifting program with a set of 12 to 15 of each before I start hitting the weights.
Edited to add actual numbers based on this morning except for the situps.

Pushups? 30ish...
Pullups (palms out)? 7
Chinups (palms in)? like 4...
neutral - 7
Dips? ...haven't checked in a looong time.
Situps? i do weighted ones... really nasty inclined ones with weights and twisting... usually with 10ilbs, in sets of 10 (2x10 if different sides)
i should point out that i can't do normal ones anymore.. i've been doing weighted ones for so long... i think i did a few more then 10 a few weeks ago... it burned pretty hard.

Pushups- I just did a fitness assessment last week. We did one minute of pushups and I did 42 (girl style or modified). I can do like 5 real pushups. But we do upwards of 50-60 sometimes in karate class, so I know I can do them. I'm a hurtin' unit at the end.
Chin ups and Pullups- A big fat ZERO.
We did one minute of full situps, shoulders on the groud, arms crossed, bringing elbows up to touch the knees. I did 28. I wasn't very pleased with that number, but it came in as above average on the charts.
Dips are not something I can do supporting my full body weight. We do them in karate class and we do 40 or so off the edge of the bag rack with our feet on the floor. But I SUCK at arm stuff.

Pushups? 40+
Pullups/Chinups? 7
Situps? Haven't done actual situps in a while, can pretty much do unlimited crunches in a row though, of course up toa certain point like 200..
I love being underweight.. ..your muscles are more defined because you have less body fat and you get an automatic six-pack

Chinups (palms in)? 10-15+
Dips? haven't done these
Situps?- haven't done situps in a long time although I've been doing other ab strengthening exercises especially with the exercise balls...have a nice 6-pack too |
