I try to do between 35 and 40 MPW in 5 days so that works out to 7 or 8 miles per run.

What's yours?

Used to do around 30 a week 6/day

Now I am down to about 10-15 miles pw running, 4-6 miles. Only running 2-3 days a week

30-40 mpw cycling, 15-20 a day 2x a week.

Would like to do more, but under a mutually agreed training schedule,

Average weekday run is about 5 miles. I usually run 6 miles twice a week at tempo pace or as fartlek and recovery runs of 4 miles. My weekend long run is currently between 15 on recovery weekends and 18 and up on other weekends.

I would like to try and increase the weekday distances, but there is simply not enough time before I have to get back to the house to get the kids up and ready for school. I already get up at 4:45 to get out, and I don't want to get up any earlier.

I am about the same as PH 30 to 40 miles per week on 5 days running.

avg between 6 to 8 miles.

Although much shorter these next two weeks because of the taper! Very Happy

I guess now would be a good time to go and average my time for the previous 6-month period.

Should be informative. I'll let you know.

Year to date running is 1103 miles on 150 runs ...comes to 7.35 per run. Hmmm, higher than I would have guessed.
PH, how about bicycling? I'm at 897 miles for the year, 60 days of pedalling ...comes to around 15 miles avg.

WHOA, I've covered exactly 2000 miles this year.
