I caught Larry's cold. It sucks. Did you ever cough so bad you threw up? And my well-intentioned husband, in an attempt to help us have a sparkly clean bathroom, doused it in bleach and X-14. For someone with a cold and asthma, that's not good in a tiny Conch house with one little bathroom.
Poor guy. Now he feels awful about that besides having a cold too. I have told him many times it is not his fault.
God knows the resturants/resorts down here NEED the business between Christmas and New Year's, and greatly appreciate it. The bad aspect is that the visitors all bring us the cold germs to which we have not been exposed for the last 6 months.
I hope all the other sickies feel better soon. Take your EmergenC fizzy vitamins, have a hot toddy, and go to bed.
