I can either run a 1.25 mile loop that has one big, long hill or my out and backs which is pretty flat. Lately I have been running the loop course because I want the hill effect.

I have flats and hills nearby, and with the hills a choice of rolling or steep. I can also choose either the rural or city roads Cool .
