Wisconsin won.
I don't know how Eau Claire did - when the frickin' student newspaper wants you to register to get in to their website, it ain't worth it.
The unfortunate event known as the Packers' season continues tonight.
On the baseball front - Brewers finish at .500 - a huge accomplishment for them.
Better still, they finished ahead of the National League so-called team located in Chicago.

steelers had an off weekend -
littlegirl's soccer team lost AGAIN, 3-2 but she scored the two goals, the first two of their season and i had the GALL to high-five a team dad on the sideline who told me when i got there "she's scoring today"
i high-fived someone, in public.

local HS team: lost
SDSU Jackrabbits: lost
Nebraska Cornhuskers: Won! (they're starting to win me over)
and the grand-daddy,
The San Diego, Super-Chargers, throttled the Super Bowl Champion Patriots at home, 41-17. 21 game home winning streak is over.

I am paying more attention to SD because of you, Coach. They are such a quiet, unassuming team--it was good to see them win in such a BIG way.

Well, the Pack is not "back" yet! However, the Skins (gotta cheer for the hometown team) are looking great this season - 3-0!
My DH about fainted when he saw that a friend of mine bought the baby a Redskins cheerleader outfit for the shower this weekend!
