college. never met him till my last year - he was finishing his last semester that fall.
i was a  whining mess cuz BF#1 had just given me the boot after 3 years so my roommate decides to "get me out and about" one night. we went out and about to mr's house, she introduced me to him, we completely corrupted his studying for an engineering test and took him out with us. He was  We were   
have no idea why we picked his house to ramsack that night. i just kinda busted in on his life and he took it from there. 22 years later----he's still
Poor guy never knew what hit him.

We met in church. I went to a youth group car wash on my way to work one day. I was in uniform and she really liked how I looked in my uniform.
She also liked my heart, mind and attitude 
4 months after our first date we were engaged,
5 months after engaged we were married
8 plus years later still happy

Oh god. This is embarassing. Westill tell older, more easily shocked people (mostly relatives) that we met at an art museum function.
Actually, we were both at a popular hangout (read, tavern)and met each other because we were both waiting in line and drinking the same thing. He started buying me drinks; offered me a ride home, I tried to ditch him at a friend's house, and basically thought he was a jackass (and he thought I was a royal biatch).
We kept running into each other and became friends, then started dating, and I guess the rest just fell into place.

She was working in a fast food joint where my brother worked. I came in one day to get some free food off my brother and she saw me come thru and made some comment to another girl about me being nice looking. My brother looked at her and said "that's my a$$hole brother!" and all of a sudden she just seemed to be places where I was at: bro's graduation, a party here, a party there. I finally asked her out.

I was a groomsman at a friends wedding and had just gone to bed after getting back to the hotel from the reception. At 2:30 am this girl I never met woke me up to tell me she thought I was cute and wanted me to hang out with her that night. We've been dating for about 4 months now.
