Running: 162.0 miles
Cycling: 453.5 miles
Cycling/trainer: 176.2 miles
weight training: 16.1 hrs.
I'll hit 600 miles for the YTD running and 1,500 miles YTD for cycling tomorrow. Right on target for cycling and a little high for running.

Training Miles:
103 miles this year compared to 84 last year! Looking forward to seeing how I do in April.
Races: Only ran 1 but I set a PR in the Gate River Run 15K and I broke my goal of a 7:30 pace for a race of over 5 miles.
So I chalk this up as a great month for me.

105 miles... Took some time off this month, although I did have two pr's, a 5k pr and a half marathon pr!
I hope to get back up to 140-160 miles, but it is going to be tough, with time constriants and all...

After a truly horrible February, March signaled an upswing for The Kid.
- 65.3 miles, total time of 11:35:21, average pace of 10:39
- 3 races (5M = PR, 7M [1st time at that distance], half = PR)
- began Marathon Training Phase 2 (increase mileage part I) and Phase 3 (strength training)
- excluding minor hip flexor issue due to strange road camber in 2 races, injury free
**Looking to triple the mileage in April and kick some arse in the virtual race**

108.9 miles. Little short of my goal, but considering I was ill, we had an ice storm, and a slight injury, I'll take it!
