Well, it depends on your body structure. If you weigh 220 pounds with 30-40 pounds of it as fat tissue is not the same as if you had only couple of pounds of fat while also weighing 220 pounds. So if you are pure muscle than it doesn’t matter how heavy you are. The more muscle mass, the greater power, speed and endurance. On the other hand if your extra pounds come from fat then you can benefit from losing them.
