Last year or this year we had a virtural race using Madison.
Why don't we have another race using Madison again and find two cities that have the same mileage (one way).
The city don't have to be a major city, but try to find a city that's as close to equal distance as possible, create teams and log in the mileage in Cool Runninig again.
Using Mapquest I found two cities.
Madison Wi to Washington DC = 855.69 miles
Madison Wi to Oklahoma City, OK = 863.14 miles
a diffrence of 7.45 miles.
What do you think????
Walking should count.

I'm game! I'm over the mono I had during the winter event so I'll be able to run the entire time.

We divide up into teams. Each team has a log that the members use to keep track of their mileage. Which ever team runs the distance first wins. Sometimes there are bonus events that count as extra points (miles).

1. We have a virtual event coming up. Details to follow at a later date.
2. Walking will count.
3. We will use our own mileage log, thank you very much.

Happy to play along -- keep in mind that I'm averaging fewer than 10 miles a week right now.
