The Air Force Marathon (http://afmarathon.wpafb.af.mil/) is September 20th in Dayton, OH. Besides the marathon, there is a relay, half-marathon, or a 5k to participate in. It is also located on the Wright Patterson AF Base, which houses an impressive museum. Or we could just find a place near-by to party until everybody drops. 
The course appears challenging (hils at start and end), but should be fun. I'm looking at doing this one. Anybody else interested?
It may be close enough for the PA people to join us as well as some of the WI people.

I grew up North of Dayton, and my parents still live there. There would be plenty to do in Dayton, and the weather would not be bad in Sept. From what I've heard, the course is hilly and challenging, but a well run mararthon.
I'm still holding out for White Rock.  Of course, going to Dayton would be fun for me, so I could live with it.
