Man is it hard to get housework done when I am trying to keep up with the threads here.

2 loads of laundry folded, third is in the dryer, 4th is in the washing machine. Geez we went through a lot of laundry this week.

Trying to straighten up the kitchen now. At least the family room is clean except putting the pictures back on the wall after painting at the beginning of the week.

I got up a half hour early today just to put the laundry away that I did earlier in the week.... It seems that I turned into a total slacker this week for some reason....

It will get better when the Christmas decorations get put away Sunday.

Then I can vacuum again because the tree shat will be of the floor and the toys will get put up.

I also need to go through the old toys and throw a lot of them out to make room for the new ones. Luckily (or sadly) many of the old ones are worn out and broken from the abuse they have taken at the hands of "the boys."

It's going to be a long weekend.

Both of our vehicles need that.

I do have to get the blinds for the sliding door back up.

so far today, i have:

swept and mopped the living room, dining room, and kitchen floors
washed one load of towles
stripped the bed
preped sheets for the next load
picked up dirty clothes in our room and bathroom
picked up all of the tissues (matt and i are both sick)
eliminated the smell that seemed to be coming from the sink
loaded and started the dishwasher

now all i have left is to put the sheets in the wash, make the bed, and sweep our room.

Had the cleaning lady over and written her a check.
