Spent the weekend with mrs. coach at her tiny apartment she is staying in for her job. We went looking at different houses in our price range. One that she liked, I didn't like...too many things wrong with it (I am not remodeling an entire basement again)

One that I liked, she didn't. So, that's out, I'm not gonna force that on her.

The only one we agreed on was out of our price range.

So now, we are seriously considering building a house. Which will be nice when we're done, but it sucks, cause we gotta find a temporary place to live, and wait til it's done. And move AGAIN.

Also, I'm going to have to have a job before we can get approved to build a house. Which is still on hold. The elementary PE teacher there resigned last week. So, that's promising, but they said they might not open the position, and try to fill it from within....to save money.

So, although it was nice to see the mrs. and Miles, it was a frustrating weekend. I'm just trying to take it easy, and not let these things bother me. Things will work out, they always do, and I have to be sane and in control.

There's your update on my life.

less than ideal time for you, but exciting nonetheless. I can relate in some ways Confused

I've noticed that things tend to work out for the better; I've noticed that, but still have trouble seeing it as I'm going through it. You'll be in a much better place soon, I'm sure.

Great attitude... I wish more people would behave similarly. Life is not always easy but it is what it is. It's no use belaboring struggles.

I hope that you are surprised with gloriusly peaceful moments during this transition.

house hunting, especially under a time limit, is so frustrating. trying to get the "perfect" house in the "perfect" district is like finding a needle in a haystack, i can relate.

building is a good option but very time consuming. we learned so much about each other when we built our home.

Good luck! House hunting is a pain. We are kindov doing it right now, but we don't have to do anything, more like if we love something we may go for it.

It will all work out for you!!!!! thumbs up
