For some reason all of a sudden I'm HOT. Seriously I'll be sitting here sweating if I'm wearing more than a tee-shirt. I've been running around in the dead of winter not wearing a coat. What the heck? Usually I'm freezing.

i'm thinking you are waaaaay too young for the mid-life hot flashes. i've experienced a rare few of those and it's an odd feeling.
sometimes a med (presc or over the counter) can make you flush like that; also niacin will make you do that if you're into any supplements.
i'd ask the MD if it continues with any regularity. it may be glandular.

I got that when I was put on prednisone, it was terrible, I feel for you. Are you taking any new prescriptions, herbals, over the counters? You could be having a reaction there, or it could be endocrinal...thyroid, etc. I agree though, I think you are too young for this to be perimenopausal. I'm not sure Achey! Good luck!

i mean, early menopause has got to run in your family if that's the case....and early is an understatement akern. i'm not near it yet according to bloodwork; it is different in every person but still, being as young as you are and feeling symptoms ---
when in doubt, google!
