If given the choice, where would you want your final meal from?

It's prolly because we eat at these places that it is our final meal.
A nurse told me they tried to lighten up the food in the hospital cafeteria seeing that many of the clients were heart patients and cardiologists--food sales almost completely stopped. And patient complaints skyrocketed!
They liked their gravy and biscuits and eggs and bacon.
My choice: School cafeteria

School cafe. I understand it has gotten much better since we were in school.

School cafeteria. My grade school actually had a few tasty items on the menu waaaay back in the day. Of course, said tasty items were never served all on the same day.

I am gonna have to say school cafe food as well.
What I ate at the hospital last few days should not have been classified as food.

I eat a school lunch about twice a year (Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners, which are essentially the same lunch). I've had some good hospital food, so I'd have to go with the Hospital food for my last meal and for many people that's the way it is.

I always carried a lunch during school... uggh, that was disgusting stuff.
I'm a thumbsup on the hospitals. Where else can you buy a salad bar that you pay for by how much it weighs? Cool beans.

I would have to go with school. Only time I was in the hospital I was too sick to eat, so I have no frame of reference.

affectionately known as "mean lunch lady" by my daughter. she said this MLL has been calling her Lily all year and she's too afraid to tell her she isn't Lily
i'd take a school lunch anyday over hospital food. what's really cool is when you have to order from the 'restricted' menu in the hospital. very interesting stuff. (the heart healthy or diabetic stuff) oye!!!!
i know they're cooking for the masses, but i think canned potatoes would be more appetizing.
