Hi. I am an MBA student enrolled in an Entrepreneurial Marketing class. And after years of the working world, I am once again a student with homework (!). My assignment is to develop a product concept - and I have.

The hypothetical product is an Ipod attachment that digitally selects songs to match the user's desired pace. I run recreationally (not remotely near the advanced level of this group!) but I seem to pace myself to the beat of the music.

I was hoping to get input from people who run on whether such an Ipod attachment would seem useful. I created a 10-question (literally 2 minute survey). If anyone wants to help a student out, I would appreciate your response. =)

took the survey, but didn't get any kind of confirmation that it accepted my answers in the study. Confused Oh well, the effort was there.

Well, try doing your grad work babysitting your two kids at four and seven. Did I mention some of their friends would be over too ? Of course your little four year old daughter is not cognizant of the need for quiet time for daddy.

Good luck in your endeavors. Interesting concept hope it works.

PS: The only "advanced level" in this group is alcohol tolerance. Just kidding I think you'll find the entire spectrum of runner abilities here.

sounds like a good idea, if the idea isn't already out there, a patent of the idea should be considered.

did anyone else see Prime Time where people are patenting ideas of inventions way before the technology is even close and then when microsoft, apple, etc. actually are able to come up with the technology they have to pay BIG bucks to do it.
