Not recovering yet.... Next week I start my taper. So far this week I have logged 27 miles running. 85 on the bike and over 6000m in the pool. I have a ride and run tomorrow and a run and swim on Friday. Then the century to end it all on Sat. Followed by 40 minutes of running. So, I can say this is NOT recovery. I sure am looking forward to it though.
I really want my sub 5 this year. I have been training for it like I have never trained for a race and I will be ready. Mentally and physically. Have you ever wanted something so bad it hurts? This hurts!
Marple....Great to see ya around. I should have been here all along.
Florida... I forgive ya.
