I'm new here. I just found this forum. I just wanted to introduce myself. I've been casually running on and off for years, but not until I turned 30 last year did I really start training seriously for my first marathon. I've definitely have the bug and now, and I'm training for my second marathon in Philly.
I even started a podcast, 4 Feet Running, with my husband, who just started running with C25K program.
