Need help picking out the perfect avatar? Have one picked out that is too big to use here and need some help reducing it? Have no idea what an avatar is or where to find one?

I know. <sniff>. thought I had this image thing underwraps....but I can't seem to do that right anymore  But then again if I only did things that I was good at......I would be on the genius forum talking about how good I am at doing absolutely nothing!
