The clothes. I miss the fun tights, the cute little minis in all kinds of fabrics, the sweaters, the hats, the jackets, the pants, the boots, the shoes, the gloves, the winter coats, the "winter" colors...
So since I can't wear any of my stuff down here and am obviously not buying anything for autumn...cheer me up and tell me about your fall wardrobe additions.

It is too hot to wear even those tights down here, except maybe in January. I miss them too.

I got a new t-shirt for fall. It has a campfire and 3 stick people standing around the fire. 2 of them have wieners on their sticks, the other guy has no wiener on his stick but their is a wiener laying in the fire. The caption says "it's all fun and games until someone loses a wiener." Perfect for those fall wiener roast nights dontcha think??

That's better than what one of our sailmakers says..."It's all fun and games until someone's uterus fall out". And he's a guy!

Autumn means camoflage and hiking boots.... slow, silent walks thru the woods when mother nature is at her most active.... the critters are out and about fattening up for the long winter, the air is crisp and the colors are beautiful... definitely my most favorite time of year.

Hey I got a similar t-shirt for camping.... it features a stick person face down on a picnic table hurling, empty beer bottles lying about, tent in the background and the caption says "I love camping"

Time for a shopping trip. All my tights except the purple and black striped once are looking ratty.

Man, I miss fun tights!!! I love funky legwear. In patterns and different colors, and now I am longing to go home, crank up the AC, put on my red and black plaid mini and black herringbone tights and biker boots and run around the house with the dog.
Rob, I miss hiking, too. And OSU games and the tailgate parties!

Did someone say shopping trip?
I like fires in the fireplace, having the windows open at night and being able to sleep in the cool weather, spending all day Saturday in the kitchen baking bread, making soup and roasts, and sitting outside in my sweats in the morning having coffee on the back patio. I bought a couple new minis but there aren't many out there this year. Mostly sweaters so far and I've discovered that I look really good in brown, which I never thought I did, so I've added some brown stuff to the usual black wardrobe. Haven't had time for major shopping yet though, so no big time additions yet.

I did buy a couple new sweaters for the season, but that's about it so far. I'm not a skirt girl really.
Sweaters and cords are more my style.
