doesn't it stink trying to think of things for dinner every single night?

Yep, especially when I can't eat any of it.

I'm pretty much out of ideas.
I would really like to just get pizza again, because me and the kids really like it, but if the mrs. finds out, she'll get mad.
So, I'm gonna have to cook something. Something with Mac and cheese...that just sounds good, cause it's cold out. Mac and cheese with...
with...
with...
with what?

Do you have salsa and cheese? Or italian dressing? You could marinate the chicken in salsa, grill it, melt some cheddar/jack on it, top it with tomatoes/scallions/peppers, and serve with a salad. (This is one of my favorite easy recipes of all time. It's quick, and good; it was a best-seller at Max & Erma's restaurant in OH).
Or marinate the chicken in Italian dressing, grill, toss with the pasta and some veggies and parmesan cheese and a bit more Italian.
Or make a grilled checken breast salad as RR suggested.

Cut up pieces of hot dogs. Ghetto Mac n Cheese baby! Lived off that and ramen noodles in college.
