Well, the grilled chicken is out because we're out of propane.
I could Foreman it.
I'm leaning between a repeat of meatload with a side of mac and cheese with a salad
or Foreman chicken and a salad with some garlic rolls.
Depends on how much energy I have tonight.

I'm still definately having mac and cheese.
I'm gonna stop at the store, and buy the first kind of meat that looks good. Could be pork, could be brats....who knows...

OK, here you go.....do the Foreman chicken, with the marinade thing Kristin said and make it into a southwestern salad. Either grill or stir fry some onions and peppers and add that to the salad with the grilled chicken and top with cheddar cheese, tomatoes and whatever other salad veggies you have. We used to make this at the restaurant and it was hella-tasty. Better yet served in a bread bowl, but it'll work regardless.
I love playing Ready-Set-Cook. I ws bummed when they took that off the Food Channel except that I couldn't stand Cissy Biggers.
House to myself tonight, the roomie is going out--I think I am going to make grilled salmon with a lowfat roasted garlic white sauce over angel hair pasta and a salad. YUM! And tonight is the first attempt at Project Pickles, so we shall see how it goes.

Now THERE you go!!! Grill some brats and have the mac n' cheese on the side....but make sure there's a veggie of some sort too. Would your kids eat green beans? Buy fresh, they taste better. Or a salad.

I wish!!! That would rock!!! My mind has become a blank, a complete and total blank for food. (Hard to imagine as I sit here among my huge cookbook collection. )

Go to the store and purchase some Alfredo Sauce, Ideally you sholud also buy some fresh pasta but whatever you have will do.
Saute the chicken breasts in a frypan, cook over medium heat. After the breasts are cooked remove and set aside. Pour 1 cup of wine into the frying pan. Render until down to 1/2 of the original volume. Pour this sauce over the chicken breasts.
Meantime cook the pasta, heat the Alfredo sauce in the micro. Mix the cooked pasta and sauce together. (I don't always use the whole jar of sauce - sometimes a light "coating" will do as well.) Serve as a side to the chicken.
