I found some really cute ideas at this site.
You could also google "costume ideas". That worked for me.

I dressed up as an angel with a devilish side. Wings, short little dress, fishnet stockings, silver stilletos and devil horns and a little pitch fork.
If you're creative you can even add a tail. I wasn't that creative.
